The Barragán e Hijos Company, founded in 1960, was a pioneer in the art of embellishing glass. Barragán specialised in frost treating foodstuff grade bottles. The Company went on to extend its range by adding the frosting of glass jars, vials and bottles for perfumery and cosmetics.

Barragán has recently incorporated the latest techniques in the paint treatment of bottles.

We have at our disposal over 7.000 m² (75,500 sq ft) in manufacturing and storage facilities.

At Barragán, we apply very strict computerised manufacturing process controls to optimise chemical formulae, thus achieving an incomparable degree of quality in our finishes.

In order to perfect our processes, Barragán is ISO9002 certified, which means still greater improvement of our quality management.

Moreover, through strict environmental control by a team of external engineers, Barragán guarantees compliance with the toughest environmental legislation. The Company carries out annual environmental audits.
