Frosting of Glass Bottles, Jars and Vials for Foodstuffs, Cosmetics and Perfumery.
The process begins with the reception of the bottles via different carriers from various sources from around Spain and the EU. We handle up to 400,000 bottles daily at our loading bays. Once the bottles have been transferred to our treatment line via a handling system which can deal with any type of bottle, they are put through our processes until they acquire the required finish. Quality Control ensures any blemishes that may have arisen during the process are detected and removed.
The production line output disposes of an automated rinsing mechanism that eliminates any surface residues, thus achieving a more pleasing consumer-friendly finish. Once the process has been completed, the bottles go through several drying turbines where our technicians submit the final finish to an additional quality control process.
By using precision machinery, our specialised personnel prepare the bottles for shipping by loading on pallets, and then shrink wrapping and sealing the bottles, providing the product with optimum, secure packaging for safe storage and transport to its destination. Each pallet is carefully identified for subsequent sorting. We might consider our job done when the product is shipped, but our concern for our customers goes further, and until they have checked our work, we do not consider we have finished the job entrusted to us.
Painting of bottles, flasks and special glass accessories for perfumery or other uses.
The company disposes of three lines for powder-based painting which have a daily production capacity of 20,000 to 25,000 units, depending on the weight and size of the beverage or perfumery bottles.
The bottles are supplied clean and clear by our clients.
The material is treated in minimum lots of 15,000.
Let us make a brief description of our powder-based painting process:
Powder-based paint is a uniform mixture of solid minerals, pigments and resin which is applied using special equipment in appropriate cabins with specific electrostatic guns for powder in a process whereby the paint is mixed with air and is electrically charged sufficiently to stick to the material. The particles adhere to the surface of the pieces. Once the pieces have been properly coated with paint, they are transferred to a polymerisation oven where they are submitted to heat in order to melt the powder and react suitably to create a uniform, resilient film.
Our three production lines are ready to coat any glass or ceramic container in any colour in the RAL colour palette, within a manufacturing range between Ø150 mm and a height of 400 mm as standard, although thanks to the design of our transport system, other sized may be considered.
The production process ends once the bottles or pieces leave the oven, and after they have been submitted to a comprehensive quality control procedure, switch to the packaging line where they are heat-sealed shrink-wrapped and palletised.
From there, the pallets are marked and coded and they go on to our storage area and assigned for dispatch.
